Ava Scanlan

Ava Scanlan is a strategic marketing and public relations expert with over 15 years of experience. Ava has launched branding and re-branding campaigns for international luxury and lifestyle brands including Ferrari Maserati, Frederick’s of Hollywood, Evisu, L’Oreal, TEMPTU, and Embryolisse. She has been responsible for developing brand strategies, managing media relations, and developing new platforms to market brands by participating with arts, music and entertainment organizations.

Ava was Vice President of PR and West Coast Operations for Temptu Cosmetics where she opened the Los Angeles Showroom and spearheaded the brand’s entertainment, editorial and education programs for the professional artist community in Hollywood. Prior to coming to Los Angeles, she was Exhibitions Manager for Deitch Projects, contemporary art gallery division of Sotheby’s in New York City.

Ava is passionately dedicated and personally oriented to the arts and media in all forms. She received her BA in Art History from Vassar College.

Amy Liu Schatt

Amy has over 15 years of experience in the fashion and editorial industries. She is well versed in the language of style, beauty and fashion.  After beginning her career in apparel store design, she quickly found her true passion in marketing, public relations and branding landing her at Calvin Klein in global marketing. Followed by a taste of NYC’s downtown energy, Amy pivoted to editorial, landing her a coveted role at legendary Interview magazine as Associate Fashion and Beauty Editor. After three years of covering the global fashion and beauty marketplace, Amy was promoted back to her advertising roots as the magazine’s Promotion Manager.  In just five years, Amy cultivated a powerful and diverse New York network, which she then took back to Los Angeles.

Amy has spent the last 15 years in Los Angeles managing Global Marketing and Communications for such diverse and dynamic brands including Miss Sixty, Energie, St. John Knits, Citizens of Humanity, Charles David, and K-Swiss.

Nicknamed “The General”, Amy embodies the harmonious balance of solid business experience and creative thinking, with a whole lot of can-do. She devotes her talent and experience to generating integrated marketing programs and media campaigns, brainstorming innovative growth and profit strategies and connecting people and ideas. She received her BA from UC Irvine.

Meredith Maldonado

Meredith Maldonado is an entertainment industry vet who has worked in TV for 6 years and then PR for nearly a decade. As a television producer, Meredith produced, wrote and edited over 20 shows at various networks including the Style Network, E! Entertainment and the BBC. 

After transitioning into the PR world, Meredith worked both in-house and at agencies helping launch and elevate brands through engaging PR campaigns. With vast brand building experience in industries including fashion, accessories, luxury lifestyle, green living and health/fitness, there is no target audience or media tier out of her reach. Meredith maintains a global perspective for every client she manages and is a firm believer that a defined PR strategy is not a variable, but an essential in every successful business equation. 

Meredith is a California girl through and through with a penchant for wandering the world. She received her BA in Film & Video production from the University of California Santa Cruz.
